Thank you for visiting my website where you will find information on my most recent work, classes and developing projects. I consider my self a representational realist oil painter preferring to paint from life in landscape and figurative subjects.

 

I work primarily in oils, but also paint in gouache and watercolors, and have just recently started clay figure sculpture.

 

I enjoy plein air painting as a student of nature and also as a teaching artist.

It's also rewarding to organize and participate in life drawing events. I generally accept commissions and work from photo references of pets, portraits and landscapes.
